Out-of-hours backups and scheduled maintenance may result in interruptions to online services from time to time. Failures outside normal business hours (Eastern Australian Standard Time) may not be rectified until the next working day. The availability of our online services may also be affected by problems in telecommunications infrastructure that are beyond our control.
