The review of the Mine Health and Safety Act 2004 is being undertaken in the context of two major reform programs being conducted at the national level under the auspices of the Council of Australian Governments (COAG):
- Inter-Governmental Agreement for Regulatory and Operational Reform in Occupational Health and Safety
- National Mine Safety Framework

Industry & Investment NSW (I&I NSW) is seeking written submissions as part of a statutory review of the Mine Health and Safety Act 2004.
You can provide a submission or comment as an individual or you may wish to contribute to a joint submission through your employer or union organisation, professional association, safety group, community forum or OHS committee.
