NSW DPI Corporate Plan 2008-2011
The NSW DPI Corporate Plan articulates our vision, values and strategic directions for the period 2008-11. Over the next three years we will be working with our stakeholders toward a vision of 'profitable, adaptive and sustainable primary industries building vibrant communities'. To achieve this vision NSW DPI has identified the following Key Result Areas:
- Strong economic performance of primary industries
- Appropriate access to and wise management of natural resources
- Safe, healthy and biosecure industries
- A strong voice for primary industries
- Excellence in people, innovation and service delivery.
Under each Key Result Area we have listed the outcomes we aim to achieve and the strategies to be implemented to achieve those outcomes. The performance indicators provide a way of judging how successful we have been in each result area. Our guiding values are also identified and as we implement this corporate plan, we will endeavour to uphold our values in all dealings with clients, stakeholders and each other.
