Changes ahead for Bush Telegraph

From the Spring 2008 edition of Bush Telegraph Magazine.

Bush Telegraph magazine is changing. The magazine will now be issued twice each year  in March (autumn/winter) and September (spring/summer).

The magazine  will continue to provide the latest information on forest management and  forestry in NSW. Look out for stories on forest-based recreation activities,  local timber production, forestry businesses, trees and climate change and the  diverse activities of Forests NSW staff.

Forests NSW  manager community programs, Sally Arundell said that Bush Telegraph has been in its current format for around a decade  and it was time for a fresh approach.

“It’s an  exciting time for us,” Sally said. “We are making some changes to the way we  communicate with the public and Bush  Telegraph has always been, and will continue to be, an important part of  that.

“We are keen to  ensure the magazine contains articles on a range of topics that our readers are  interested in and want to know about.

“As part of the  rejuvenation, we are asking subscribers to tell us what they want to read about  and we will make sure we accommodate these views,” Sally said.
