This DVD shows all areas for consideration during package bee production and when preparing to export bees. It covers aspects such as:
- crossbreeding for hybrid vigour;
- Australian Quarantine - working with the state authorities, checking for diseases, and other areas of concern for both Australia and the country of destination;
- the packing and crating of the bees for export, taking into consideration the health and needs of the bees and the requirements of the transporting airline.
Currently, bees are exported to places such as China, Kuwait, Philippines, Canada, Japan and Malaysia.
