State Forests of NSW Environmental & Social Values report 1999-2000
In this, our third Environmental and Social Values Report, we again provide information on the environmental and social values of State Forests. Each forest value is assessed by a set of performance indicators that measures various aspects of the current estate and management.
Annual monitoring of these indicators provides opportunity to assess levels of achievement in ecologically sustainable forest management.We will continue to analyse the results to evaluate our progress towards ecologically sustainable forest management and the performance of environmental services.
