NSW Department of Primary Industries produces several newsletters on various primary industry issues:

| A Few Selected Lines | Newsletter communicating the latest information that flows from the Trangie QPLU$ Project, funded by NSW DPI and Australian Wool Innovation Ltd, and run at Trangie Agricultural Research Centre in central NSW. |
| Animal Health Surveillance | A quarterly report on animal health in NSW. It contains information contributed by Rural Lands Protection Boards and the NSW Department of Primary Industries. |
| Animal Roundabout newsletter | A biennial newsletter produced for people with an interest in the exhibition of animals in zoos, circuses, mobile farms, fauna and wildlife parks in NSW. |
| Aquaculture News | A biennial newsletter that reports aquaculture industry information, including research results, policy directions, news and events. |
| ASSAY | ASSAY is a national, quarterly newsletter about current acid sulfate soil issues. It is funded by the Federal Government's Natural Heritage Trust. |
| Beef News | Regional newsletters for beef cattle producers in NSW. |
| Biosecurity newsletter | This publication will provide stakeholders with information on the various national and state animal biosecurity programs that are core business for the public animal health system in NSW. |
| Coastal Fruitgrowers | News and information on all aspects of growing citrus and low-chill stonefruit. Issued quarterly. |
| Country Web | Information and support for women dealing with the many aspects of rural life. Produced three times a year by the Rural Women's Network. |
| Dairy news | A quarterly newsletter containing the latest information and news for the dairy community. |
| Flower news, NSW | Provides research updates, flower industry news, pests and pesticides news, and details of upcoming events. Issued twice yearly. |
| Fruitwise | Fruitwise is an electronic format newsletter published quarterly by NSW DPI. It includes information of interest to commercial fruitgrowers and industry partners in inland NSW. |
| Investmin | Information about minerals investment development and opportunities in New South Wales. |
| Lettuce Leaf | Information on all aspects of the lettuce industry. Produced six times a year by the National Vegetable Industry Centre. |
| Lifetime Wool, NSW | The NSW Lifetime Wool newsletter reports findings from the national Lifetime Wool project, funded by Australian Wool Innovation. The aim of Lifetime Wool is to optimise the nutritional management of breeding flocks of Merino ewes to optimise their genetic potential as well as the resulting lifetime improvements in wool production and quality of her progeny. |
| Mine Safety Update, NSW | Information to promote the enhancement of the safety culture of NSW mining and to alert a wide range of people to potential risks and to potential risk controls. |
| The Mouse Trap Newsletter | Provides situation updates and general information on mouse plague activity in NSW. Issued as required. |

| Newstreams | Provides a network for fishing clubs and anglers interested in habitat repair. Information on how to subscribe to this email newsletter will be available soon. |
| NSW Grains Report | Contains current crop production information highlights, seasonal conditions and outlook, and information on specific summer and winter crops. |
| NSW JD MAP update | An occasional newsletter from the NSW Department of Primary Industries (DPI) to help keep approved MAP veterinarians abreast of recent developments and current issues. |
| Geological Survey Newsletter - On the Outcrop | A tri-annual newsletter which provides the NSW exploration industry with a concise overview of events within the Geological Survey of NSW, that may be relevant to their work. It alerts the exploration industry to new products, updates project work and supplies contact names. |
| Organic News | Provides research results, field day reports and other information relevant to organic agriculture, including news, publications, commentary and events. Issued monthly. |
| PigBytes | PigBytes is a State-wide newsletter for all pig farmers. It contains short articles and links to local and overseas information pertinent to the local industry. The aim of this newsletter is to identify useful sites and find the information for you. |
| Turning the worm | An informal newsletter for sharing information with those particularly interested in the management of endoparasites of farmed animals, including sheep, goats and cattle. |
| Vegetable IPM Newsletter, NSW | Integrated Pest Management newsletter for insects and viruses in Sydney vegetables. |
| Vegiebites | A newsletter produced by the National Vegetable Industry Centre at Yanco. Includes information on trials, insect pests, vegetable plant diseases, workshops, conferences and other aspects of the vegetable growing industry. |
| Western Division Newsletter | Produced for pastoral landholders in the western division of NSW. The Newsletter is produced by the NSW Department of Primary Industries with funding assistance from the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Department of Lands, Western CMA, Lachlan CMA and Lower Murray Darling CMA.
