Biserrula

Name:

Biserrula (Biserrula pelecinus)

Description:

A hard seeded, autumn, winter and spring growing annual legume. It has performed well on lighter textured soils and will tolerate soil acidity. It has a deep root system. Usually sown in mixtures with serradella and sub clover.

Sowing rate:

1–3 kg/ha. Inoculant WSM 1497

Minimum average
annual rainfall:
400 mm in Southern NSW 525 mm in Northern NSW. Sow autumn.
