Storm damage report

When a severe storm or other natural disaster occurs and your region is declared a Natural disaster area, assistance may be available for affected farmers.

Complete the following form to report damage to your greenhouse or other farm structures or crops caused by a severe storm or other natural disaster.

The information will be forwarded to your local extension horticulturist who will collate it. If a natural disaster is declared in your area, you may be eligible for assistance. For further information on types of assistance and to apply for assistance, visit the NSW Rural Assistance Authority website at: www.raa.nsw.gov.au
