| Tree form: | Medium, upright tree that is slightly scab-susceptible. |
| Pollination requirements: | Mid–late season bloom, good self-fertility; good pollinator with Dabinett, Stoke Red and Breakwell’s Seedling. |
| Fruit shape: | Medium, often produces small fruit; conical, sometimes pointed. May be confused with Brown Snout but is more angular and elongated. |
| Colour and flesh: |
Smooth, slightly waxy skin; yellowish-green, only slight blush; stem basin russet. Flesh white, slightly woolly, a little astringent. |
| Harvest period: | Mid-season harvest, good crop, slight tendency to biennial bearing; more than 3 weeks storage. |
| Uses: | Bittersweet; produces a medium cider. |
