Replace this text with information that will help the user determine whether they should download the attachment or not.

Things that might be included are what's in the factsheet, who its targetted at, or maybe just steal the introduction out of the factsheet if it is along these lines.

You might also add a contents section in an unordered list:

• So that the user can see the major headings in the factsheet
• That might help them to get more of an idea of the breadth of the content
• You should probably not have too many points though
• Any more than 12 is probably getting a bit much - cut back in this case.
