Travelling Horse Statement

Travelling Horse Statements (THS's) are no longer required

As of 1st July 2008, the requirement to use Travelling Horse Statements to move horses has been lifted.

Horse owners are now free to move their horses anywhere in NSW and across state borders without any EI restrictions or reporting requirements.

Please note however that horse events must continue to be registered.
