Changes to Transported Stock Statements

Date:

Attention: livestock owners and transporters

Please check your supplies of Transported Stock Statement (TSS) forms with those on this page, to ensure that you are using the correct forms.

The changes listed below will:

  • provide the NSW Police with improved monitoring of stock movements, which will reduce the incidence of stock theft; and

  • assist NSW DPI to improve the traceback of animals during disease outbreaks.

Use of an incorrect form is an offence under the Rural Lands Protection Act 1998 and may lead to prosecution.

What forms are obsolete?

The un-numbered TSS  form previously available on NSW DPI’s website is no longer accepted as an approved TSS.

Please destroy un-numbered unused forms. Remember that you must keep completed copies for 2 years.

What forms can you use?

Individually numbered  TSS forms are currently approved for use. Supplies of these forms are available from all Rural Lands Protection Board offices.
