Name: Indian Bluegrass (Bothriochloa pertusa)
Description:


Tufted perennial. Naturalised on a wide range of soils in Queensland. Persists on moderate to low fertility soils more successfully than other grasses. Most commonly found in areas with an annual rainfall of between 600 -900 mm. Considered a drought evading species. Forms a dense mat providing good ground cover for soil conservation.

Sowing rate: 1-3kg/ha.
