Profiles for a number of weeds that are important in NSW are available below. Each weed profile contains a photograph, description, the status of the weed and links to related information, such as Primefacts and CRC Weed Management Guides.

1. Declared noxious weeds database: Search this database for information about weeds that are declared in NSW under the Noxious Weeds Act 1993. The information provided includes the control class and the control requirements for each species declared in a Local Control Area.
2. Weeds Australia or the Weeds CRC web sites for information about a specific weed not listed on the left.
Weed control advice
Information about weed control can be found in the Noxious and environmental weed control handbook. A form is provided for questions that are not answered in the handbook.
