Cineraria lyratiformis

Cineraria is an annual herb with bright yellow flowers and erect woody stems growing to one metre in height. It is a weed of roadsides, fence lines, pastures and riparian areas. In its native range cineraria grows in a variety of soil types and in a range of habitats, indicating great potential for this species to spread further. Cineraria is native to southern Africa.
