Course aims:	This course aims to provide participants with a general understanding of growing organic produce.
Learning outcomes:	On completion of the course participants will be able to: Prepare their property for conversion to organic production Describe the rules of organic production Identify the importance of disease management Accreditation by organic organisations Identify the markets for organic produce
