How to safely operate and maintain a mechanical pole saw for trimming high branches in a range of situations.

  • trim trees to industry standard using low risk techniques

Resources and method of delivery

Participants are required to bring the operating manual for their pole saw. This practical course is delivered in the field and workshop.

This course is mapped to the national unit of competency FPICOT3238A - operate a pole saw.
