Name: Paddock plants – field day
Description: This course will assist landholders identify plants commonly growing on their properties, their attributes and associated management options.
Cost: After NSW Government subsidy, $60 GST-free.
(In some areas, may be further subsidised by partner organisations.)
Course aims: To identify common plants, their growth habits and management control options.  
Learning outcomes:
  • Identify common plants.
  • Identify plant growth patterns.
  • Recognise attributes of different plants.
  • Identify management and control options for common plants.
Length: Half a day.
Course program/structure: A half-day field event.
Resources and method of delivery: Participants receive course notes.
This course is delivered outdoors.
Accreditation: This is a non-accredited course.
