  • Impact of Vine Diseases on wine quality.
  • Incidence and distribution of vine diseases in NSW and Australia.
  • Management of Botrytis Bunch Rot, Powdery and Downey Mildew.
  • Understanding disease cycles and fungicide resistance.
  • Managing diseases in vineyards.
  • Soil health in promoting plant health.
  • Evaluation and record keeping in relation to vine health strategies.
  • Future directions in plant health strategies.
  • OH&S considerations in plant health activities.
Resources and method of delivery: Participants receive course notes and manual.

This course is delivered using indoor instruction.
