Buronga Climate Change Forum
On 30 March 2007, NSW DPI and the Lower Murray Darling Catchment Management Authority staged a regional climate change forum in Buronga, as part of a series of such events being staged around the state in 2007. This forum, entitled 'Climate change and agriculture - impacts and adaptation in the Lower Murray-Darling Catchment', attracted over 100 people from across the region, and featured an impressive line-up of experts in climate sciences, natural resource management, freshwater ecology and a range of key regional primary industries.
Those who attended complimented the speakers for the high standard of information presented, and many people requested copies of the material. NSW DPI is pleased to make presentations from the Buronga climate change forum available here for download.
