Soil health: the foundation of sustainable agriculture (Workshop proceedings)
This publication contains the proceedings of a workshop on the importance of soil health in agriculture, which was held at Wollongbar Agricultural Institute on 20–21 June 2001. The workshop was organised by NSW Agriculture (now NSW Department of Primary Industries), with the generous assistance of Acid Soil Action.
The main topics covered by the presentations made at the workshop are:
- Soil health: a systems approach to soils
- Soil biology and its importance in healthy soils
- Soil chemistry and physics and their influence on soil health
- Soil health and farm management
