Coffs coast oyster industry development plan
In this report, the production, quality assurance and marketing of Sydney Rock oysters grown in the Bellinger and Nambucca River were examined. The viability of a new centralised processing and marketing facility to service the depuration, size and quality grading and marketing needs of a group of nine growers in the Coffs Coast region were then assessed.
