The whole of the waters of Werri Lagoon, its bays and tributaries from its source to the South Pacific Ocean.

Any species of fish.

Any method involving the use of a net, other than the following:

  • a dip or scoop net (prawns),
  • a hand-hauled prawn net,
  • a landing net.

All year.
