Beaches closed to ocean hauling on a seasonal basis

The beaches specified in the table below (Schedule 2 of the Ocean Hauling Share Management Plan) are waters in which the class of commercial fishing that consists of the taking of fish by commercial fishers in the fishery is prohibited, during the period specified next to the beach concerned.

Station Creek Beach (North of Red Rock)

From 1 October to the last day in February in the succeeding year

Main Beach (Nambucca heads)

From 1 October to the last day in February in the succeeding year

Grassy Beach bounded by Grassy Head and Middle Head

Smoky Cape - Laggers Point south to a point due west of Black Rocks (approximately 3,000 metres south from Smoky Cape)
