NSW Seafood

From sub-tropical species in the north to more temperate species in the south NSW affords consumers the most diverse choices of seafood in the country. At the production end, the NSW seafood industry comprises the wild harvest and aquaculture (fish farming) sectors producing a range of fish, molluscs (oysters, mussels) and crustaceans (prawns, crabs). Together with wholesalers, processors, retailers, restaurants and the catering industry they are committed to providing consumers, both locally and abroad, with quality local seafood that is safe to eat.
