The whole of the tidal waters of Bega River and its tributaries, upstream from the junction with Jellat Jellat Creek to the junction with Bargo Lagoon Creek and including Jellat Jellat Creek and its tributaries, upstream to the floodgate located approximately 450 metres above Russels Bridge crossing.
