The whole of the foreshore from the northern extremity of the rock baths on the rock platform of Bondi Bay, generally southerly and south-westerly to the northern extremity of Tamarama Beach (including that part of the foreshore between the mean high water mark and a line drawn 10 metres seaward of the mean low water mark).
