The whole of the waters of that part of the South Pacific Ocean adjacent to Bouddi National Park, enclosed within the following boundaries: commencing at the intersection of the mean high water mark at longitude 151°22.858’E at Gerrin Point, the eastern headland of Bullimah Beach, then along a line drawn generally north-easterly along the mean high water mark on the foreshore of Bouddi National Park, to the intersection of the mean high water mark and longitude 151°25.024’E at Bombi Point, then along a line bearing 135 degrees for 402 metres to a point at or near the coordinate 33°31.548'S, 151°25.208’E then along a line bearing 239 degrees for 1327 metres to a point at or near the coordinate 33°31.917’S, 151°24.482’E, then along a line bearing 258 degrees for 2534 metres to a point at or near the coordinate 33°32.171'S, 151°22.858’E, then along a line bearing 360 degrees for 402 metres to the point of commencement.

Note: The coordinates used in this description for the boundaries of the closure are given in degrees and decimal minutes using the Geocentric Datum of Australia 1994 (GDA 94). The boundary for this closure is denoted on 1:25,000 series Topographic Map ‘Broken Bay 9130-1-N’ published by Land & Property Information NSW.

The whole of the waters of that part of Brisbane Water/Broken Bay and its tributaries, north of a line drawn westerly from the western extremity of Little Box Head to the eastern extremity of Green Point.

The whole of the waters of that part of Brisbane Water/Broken Bay north of a line drawn westerly from the western extremity of Little Box Head and the northernmost Point of Mount Ettalong.

The whole of the waters of Patonga Creek and its tributaries, upstream from its confluence with Hawkesbury River, being a line drawn north-easterly from the western foreshore at a point 151°15.91′E, 33°33.13′S to the southernmost extremity of the reserve on the opposite foreshore.

Any species of fish.

Any method involving the use of a net (other than a landing net).

The period from 12pm Friday to 6pm Sunday in each week.

Hawkesbury River (Mooney Mooney Creek) - Weekend Netting

The whole of the waters of Mooney Mooney Creek and its tributaries, upstream to its source from the Pacific Highway bridge.

Hawkesbury River (Cowan Creek and Jerusalem Bay) - Nets

The whole of the waters of Cowan Creek and its tributaries (including Jerusalem Bay), upstream to its source from a line drawn generally north from Cowan Point, to the eastern extremity of the headland on the opposite side of the creek.

Any method involving the use of a hand-hauled prawn net.

Brisbane Water (Saratoga Area) - Shellfish

The whole of the waters of Brisbane Water from the mean high water mark at the Public Wharf, View Parade, Saratoga, then along the Saratoga foreshore to Veteran Hall Wharf, Saratoga, and extending 200 metres offshore.

Brisbane Water (Ettalong) - Digging

The whole of the waters and intertidal zone of Brisbane Water from the mean high water mark to the middle of the estuary and extending from the boat ramp at the southern end of Ettalong Beach (at the end of Kourung Street) to the Maitland Bay Drive road bridge at The Rip.

Brisbane Water (Cockle Creek) - Digging

The whole of the waters and intertidal zone of Brisbane Water, upstream to its source, from a line drawn from a point 33°29.405′S, 151°21.355′E generally north-westerly to the nearest point on the opposite shore at Davistown (includes waters of Cockle Creek, Cockle Channel, Empire Bay, Cockle Broadwater, Cockle Bay and Kincumber Creek).
