Prize draw terms and conditions
- For each Mulloway frame donated, the donor will receive one entry into a corresponding monthly prize draw.
- If multiple frames are donated by one person, they will be entered into the monthly prize draw the corresponding number of times.
- Only donors of frames donated in a given month will be eligible to go into the prize draw for that month
- Only Mulloway frames which are accompanied by a label stating the contact details of the donor and capture details of the fish will be eligible to enter the prize draws.
- The prizes will consist of a $50 gift voucher for use in a fishing tackle store or fishing tackle to the value of $50
- Prize draws commence on 1 September 2013. Winners of prizes will be notified by email or phone:
- no later than 15 December for monthly prizes for September – November
- no later than 15 March for monthly prizes for December – February
- no later than 15 June for monthly prizes for March – May
- no later than 15 September for monthly prizes for June – August
- Winners names will be displayed on the The NSW Research Angler Program page and in associated promotional material.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information
- NSW DPI will have the right to publicly disclose the name of winners and their city/town of residence.
- If a potential winner cannot be contacted or the prize notification is returned or is undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- NSW DPI reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time and for any reason, without notice.
- NSW DPI shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the promoter’s negligence.
- The decision of NSW DPI in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize draw will be governed by the relevant NSW state laws and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
