Excursions
Excursion programs are offered at Cumberland State Forest (Sydney) and Strickland State Forest (near Gosford). Programs can cater for up to 90 students per day (fees apply). See further information.

Events
Discover the forest in 2008! Forests NSW will again offer a range of exciting education events for students and teachers over the next twelve months. Most events are offered free of charge or at minimal cost.
- 7-11 September 2009, Strickland State Forest Expo - a week of excursions for stage 3 students presented in conjunction with Rumbalara Environmental Education Centre and Taronga Zoo.
- 29-30 October 2009, Science EXPOsed (www.osmr.nsw.gov.au).
