Rocky Creek Mill

Rocky Creek Mill was one of the earliest timber mills cutting cypress pine in the Pilliga until it was destroyed by fire in late 1953. A well and a windmill at the site Now provide a water supply for firefighting. It’s also a popular picnicking and camping site and can be found on Pilliga Forest Way, via Cumbil Road.
