Exploration Licence holders and exemption from Clause 155 of Mine Health & Safety Regulation 2007 (MHSR) 

Following a request for exemptions for exploration licence (EL) holders from certain parts of Clause 155 of the MHSR, the Chief Inspector has issued a response outlining the requirements for EL holders.
