Supporting resources for mines safety legislation
The following resources have been prepared by the Department to assist the NSW metalliferous and extractives mining industry to effectively implement the new mine safety legislation. The Department will continue to develop information resources to assist industry in implementing the new legislation.
The Department has developed a suite of Guidance Notes and Technical References that will assist industry understand the new mine safety legislation and provide advice on legislative compliance.
