Mine Safety

NSW Mine Safety Review 1997

The Review of Mine Safety in New South Wales was commissioned by the NSW Government against a backdrop of continuing death and serious injuries in the State's mining industry.

The Review was asked to identify key safety issues which needed to be addressed in order to achieve a significant improvement in industry safety performance.
