Industry safety information and alerts

NSW DPI has developed this noticeboard as a site for industry-generated safety information and alerts. The information downloads below are made available for all industry stakeholders to share valuable information which will help improve mine safety performance in the NSW mining industry.

The Department invites industry stakeholders to submit safety information or alerts for consideration for publication on this webpage. All submissions will be subject to NSW DPI's appropriate legal and ethical review. Submissions must be accompanied by the author's contact details for verification purposes. Information or alerts should focus solely on safety issues and not contain information of a commercial nature. The Department reserves the right not to publish information or alerts.

NSW DPI does not warrant the accuracy or correctness of any information contained in the documents posted on this web page. While documents will be reviewed prior to publication, the Department posts this information for the purposes of highlighting safety issues in the industry.
