Note:

The form MSO-M1 has been removed from use as this form deals with issuing a NSW DPI Reference to Workcover NSW for people who already hold an authority to blast under the Mines Inspection Act 1901 issued prior to 1 September 2005. Persons issued such authority and wanted to keep its currency should have applied to Workcover NSW prior to the 1 September 2006. If these persons have not obtained a Blasting Explosives Users Licence or applied for such licence prior to the 1 September 2006 they are no longer permitted to blast.
