TAS Map enables the public to access and view frequently updated titles mapping information across NSW. - Exploration Licence Documents
Exploration licence documents, including conditions and diagrams can be viewed and extracted from the department's DIGS database. Detailed instructions on accessing these docments are also available. - MinView - Online Exploration Licence Application
This facility allows the online lodgement of applications for exploration licences for mineral groups 1-8 and 10. (Facilities are currently not available for Group 9 (coal & shale) or petroleum).
If you have not previously held a mining or exploration title, or your company name has changed since your last application, you will need to have your details entered or updated in our TAS data base before you can lodge an exploration licence application online. To create, update or confirm your customer details please call (02) 4931 6488 between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.
Substantial supporting information is required to be submitted as part of the exploration licence application. It is strongly recommended that the Instructions for Lodging an Exploration Licence Application Online be referred to.
All supporting material must be received within 10 working days from online lodgement.
