Minerals & Petroleum titles - title records search
The Titles Program maintains significant amounts of information on exploration and mining titles, as well as mine working record plans and other plans. Information on actual titles is contained in the Titles Administration System (TAS) database.
The following Titles related information may be provided on request:
- TAS database extracts and reports on exploration, mining and petroleum titles and associated dealings,
- Any restrictions imposed under mining or petroleum legislation (mining reserves)
- Title documents (Deed and Conditions)
Mine workings plans may be viewed upon request.
Graphics information on titles can be obtained free of charge from the TASMap application.
MinView also allows users to interactively display and query geoscience and exploration tenement information for NSW.
Note: Digital cadastral information and restrictions or boundaries imposed by other agencies must be obtained from the relevant agency.
