The Fisheries and Ecosystems Research Unit of the Science and Innovation Branch uses a holistic systems approach to underpin profitable and sustainable primary industries.

The Fisheries and Aquatic Ecosystems Unit is responsible for two major units:

  • Forest & Rangeland Ecosystems
  • Biometrics.
