The Beef Industry Centre, Armidale

The Beef Industry Centre is focused on improving the profitability and sustainability of the beef industry in New South Wales. It is the hub of NSW DPI’s beef industry research and development services.

Located on the campus of University of New England (UNE), Armidale, NSW, the Centre has close links and collaborative programs with the university, other universities, the CSIRO, other state departments, and industry organisations throughout New South Wales and Australia.

The Beef Industry Centre houses the Centre of Excellence for Beef Research and incorporates the Primary Industries Innovation Centre with UNE.
