- Suzanne Boschma "Agronomic practices for new perennials – northern NSW component". Project supervisor: Dr Greg Lodge. Local researchers: Dr Sean Murphy, Dr Suzanne Boschma, Fiona Scott and Lester McCormick.
- Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) in collaboration with QDPI: Graeme Schwenke 2 successful joint research activities with universities - UNE and USydney through 4th year student projects.
- Key Sites project: The salinity strategy was re-funded and is now known as the Key Sites project, of which the Duri site is one of eight sites across the state. Peta Derham has responsibility for that site. Funding now until July 2007.
