Background
Gordon Refshauge is a Research Officer in the field of Meat production. He joined NSW DPI in 2008 as a site scientist managing the Sheep CRC2 resource flock, the Information Nucleus Flock (INF). The flock Gordon manages is one of 8 flocks located around Australia and is based at Cowra Agricultural Research and Advisory Station.
He is completing a PhD in the field of nutrient partitioning in high fleece weight Merino sheep and has a number of publications stemming from that first study.
*NSW Department of Primary Industries was formed on July 1, 2004 through an amalgamation of NSW Agriculture, NSW Fisheries, State Forests of NSW and the NSW Department of Mineral Resources.
