Lisa McFadyen lives in Condobolin NSW. As well as running her own small business she is also involved in the family farming enterprise at West Wyalong.

Lisa is CEO and Founder of Secure Impact, a rural property and agri asset marketplace to buy, sell, lease, sharefarm property.  The platform, purpose built for farmers and agents, is a crucial link, filling the market gap of connecting farmers, consultants and investors in a streamline marketplace.

A certified practising Valuer Lisa works within NSW & VIC undertaking rural, water, residential and commercial/industrial valuations. Prior to this she worked as an Agronomist.

Lisa aims to get farmers to think about the transition of farms early in the process. Her key focus areas are property transition and agriculture business transition through the implementation of innovative business and ownership structures.

With a passion for agriculture she is determined to see farming communities managed in a viable and sustainable manner.

She enjoys helping others with innovation and believes communities are built strong from the people.
