Description |
Leaf: large, light green, partly upfolded and curled back, dullish. Shape: oval with acute to attenuate tip and rounded base. Margin: fine neat serrations. Stipules: prominent, lanceolate to elliptical. Shoot: greyish orange. | |
Vigour | Dwarfing, similar to M.9 but slightly larger. | |
Propagation | Difficult, harder than M.9. | |
Resistance | Collar rot resistant. Woolly aphid and fireblight susceptible. Sensitive to tomato ring spot virus. | |
Uses | Better anchored than M.9, highly productive potential, less brittle than M.9, used as an interstem. Not fully tested in Australia. | |
