Carbon Neutral Research Stations
NSW DPI is taking the lead in implementing, demonstrating, validating and de-risking decarbonisation technologies on our 25 research stations with a focus on achieve carbon neutrality on 4 stations by 2030. Partner with us to help achieve this goal.
3D Cattle Scan
MLA, NSW DPI and UTS are seeking feedback from potentially interested parties to manufacture and commercialise this technology under licence. Ongoing technical support is available from the R&D team.
Macadamia Testbed - Wollongbar
The DPI Macadamia Testbed is located at the Wollongbah Agricultural Institute. The Testbed designed to be a showcase of best practice management and technology for macadamia production and processing. It will produce a commercial harvest and will also be “research ready” for future research opportunities with industry.

The DPI Cherry Testbed is located at the Orange Agricultural Institute. The Testbed designed to be a showcase of best practice management and technology for cherry production and processing. It will produce a commercial harvest and will also be “research ready” for future research opportunities with industry.
