Terms and Conditions

The promoter is the Farms of the Future program (NSW DPI) (the "Promoter").

Participation in the 2023 ANFD Agtech Alley Scan To Win promotion ("Promotion") is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Employees of NSW Department of Primary Industries, Gallagher, Datamars and Allflex are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Participation in the Promotion is open to 2023 Australian National Field Day attendees who are a minimum of 18 years old. Each person may only enter the Promotion once.

Participants must enter the Promotion at the Agtech Alley stand by completing the entry survey and collecting a promotional tag to scan at Agtech Alley and partner displays located across the Australian National Field Day sites.

Participants must scan their tag at Agtech Alley as a minimum to enter.

The Promotion commences on 00h01 (AEST) Thursday 26 October 2023 and concludes at 23h59 (AEST) Saturday 28 October 2023 (the "Promotion Period") or until inventory of the promotional tags is exhausted, whichever comes first.

The Gift is 1 (one) $500 gift voucher (the "Gift") to be used in the Farms of the Future Agtech Catalogue. Upon completion of an order within the Agtech Catalogue, Farms of the Future will arrange for $500 credit to be provided to a selected supplier. Credit may only be applied to one supplier.

The winner will be randomly drawn at 12pm (AEST) Wednesday 1st of November 2023. The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email. If contact with the winner cannot be made within two weeks via the provided phone and email contact details, then the Promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner.

The Gift must be redeemed within 2 months of the Promotion closing. The value of the Gift is not transferable to another individual or for another product or service. Nor may the Gift be exchanged for cash.

By participating in the Promotion, and unless otherwise advised by you, you consent to the information you provide to Farms of the Future being used for future operational, marketing and publicity purposes. For further information see the Department of Regional NSW Privacy Policy.

The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or which are deemed to be invalid. The Promoter also reserves the right to request additional information regarding any promotion entry.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions, and to vary, suspend, or terminate this Promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and/or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in the Promotion or with the Gift.
