1. The permit holder is not authorised to cultivate seeded Akoya Oysters and is not authorised to produce pearls.
2. The permit holder must ensure that shell or marine biofouling waste associated with the cultivation and cleaning of unseeded Akoya Pearl Oyster is not deposited into any waterway.
