NATFIN - Native Freshwater Finfish

  1. The permit holder may only keep or cultivate native freshwater finfish fingerlings that have been sourced from outside NSW if they have been sourced:
    1. in accordance with the Protocol for the translocation of all native freshwater finfish juveniles (excluding Lates calcarifer) – Qld and NSW Governments (refer to www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/fishing/aquaculture/publications/general/aquaculture-permit-protocols), and/or
    2. in accordance with an approved Section 217 Importation Permit.
