FWDISC - Freshwater Discharge

  1. The permit holder must ensure that all discharge in relation to aquaculture is only discharged into waters in the area within which the permit holder is authorised to undertake aquaculture, unless otherwise authorised by licence under Section 55 of the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 or Trade Waste Agreement.
